Homemade Ice Cream Sandwiches

I guess that is how the song goes anyway.

So we thought we'd make some ice cream sandwiches.

We made them using this recipe,

but we found them a bit dry.

Maybe they needed a bit less time in the oven.

Next time we'll try this recipe

from the Joy of Baking.
